Adriana Bălaj is a teacher at Babel Theoretical High School in Timișoara, teaching history in an experiential way, involving students in activities that help them better understand and live this fascinating field. Her teaching activity was recognized through the Merito Award 2021, when she was honored at the national level alongside 10 other top teachers from Romania.

In addition to her role as a teacher, Adriana facilitates experiential learning workshops for other teachers within the Center for Training in Experiential Education. Through these workshops, she supports the development of teachers’ pedagogical skills, promoting methods that emphasize active student involvement, learning by doing, and concrete experiences. Adriana is dedicated to creating a motivating and relevant educational environment, where students feel supported and encouraged to discover their potential.
