Simona David-Crișbășanu is the president of the ROI Association and of the Coalition for Education Federation, supporting the transformation of education through collaboration and the involvement of teachers, students, and parents. She has coordinated projects such as “Zburd – Education through Coaching”, illustrated by the documentary Yes, It’s Possible! (Ba se poate!). Since 2024, she has initiated the “YES, IT’S POSSIBLE!” program, which has reached 18 schools in its intensive format and over 100 schools in the extended community.

In nearly 15 years of educational projects, Simona has worked directly with hundreds of principals, teachers, students, and parents to build trusting relationships, ensuring that students’ voices are heard and that they are actively involved in finding solutions to make learning more meaningful for them.
